However, when I tried to scale up to a larger audience, the tool became noticeably slower and less reliable. Several contacts failed to receive messages, and the process took significantly longer than expected. Customer support was responsive but couldn't offer a solution beyond suggesting I break down my lists into smaller chunks, which defeats the purpose of a bulk messaging tool. It's functional for smaller operations, but needs serious improvements before it's suitable for large-scale use. I'm hoping for future updates that address the performance issues.
