I bought this software for my small business and overall, I'm pretty happy with it. For the price, the features are excellent. It's easy to use, the interface is intuitive, and sending messages in bulk is a breeze. I've had a few minor glitches here and there – a couple of messages didn't send, and the scheduling feature is a little clunky – but nothing major that impacted my workflow significantly. Customer support was responsive when I contacted them about the unsent messages. If you're looking for an affordable and effective way to reach a lot of people on WhatsApp, this is a good option. I would recommend it.
