At Review India Software & Advertising Pvt. Ltd., we ensure that our customers receive the best support for their purchased digital products. Our support services cover the following:

1.1 Setup & Installation

• Server configuration and integration
• Admin panel setup for management

1.2 Bug Fixing & Issue Resolution

✅ Free bug fixes for 1 year from the date of project delivery.
✅ If you encounter any technical errors, our support team will promptly resolve them.

1.3 Play Store & App Store Uploading

✅ Assistance in uploading your mobile application to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
✅ Additional charges of ₹5,500/- apply for Play Store or App Store submission.
✅ Play Store or App Store approval depends on the respective platform's policies. Our team will provide support in case of rejection, but we do not guarantee approvals.

1.4 Demo & Training Support

✅ A detailed demo on how to use the software, mobile app, and website features.
✅ Access to tutorial videos and documentation.
✅ Free training support for one year after setup.

2. Support Duration & Validity

• Support services are valid for 1 year from the date of project completion.
• After 1 year, extended support will be available at an additional cost.

3. Support Limitations

Our support does not cover the following:
❌ Any modifications or customizations beyond the provided features.
❌ Third-party integrations, plugins, or extensions not included in the original package.
❌ Domain & hosting services (to be purchased separately by the client).
❌ Play Store or App Store approval (as it depends on their policies).
