The data import is straightforward, though I did have a minor hiccup with one CSV file that required some manual cleaning. The scheduling feature is a real time saver. However, the open and response rates aren't as high as I'd hoped, and I suspect that's more to do with the nature of WhatsApp marketing itself than the tool's shortcomings.
