I bought this software hoping to streamline my WhatsApp marketing. The bulk messaging function worked as advertised, allowing me to send messages to a large list of contacts. However, the interface is clunky and not very intuitive. It took me a while to figure out how to properly format my messages and import my contact lists. Furthermore, the reporting features are quite basic, offering limited insights into message delivery rates and engagement. While it gets the job done, there's definitely room for improvement in terms of user experience and analytics. I'd consider paying a little more for a more polished and feature-rich alternative.
